Terms and conditions

Participation in the competition run for pjur Pride Month, referred to as the organiser or promoter in the following, is free of charge and governed solely by these terms and conditions.

Competition procedure
The competition starts at 00:01 am on 1 March 2024 and finishes at 11:59 pm on 31 March 2024. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.

Participation

To qualify for the competition, participants must be 18 or older and live in Australia or New Zealand. pjur employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participants may only enter the competition via the competition website. Submissions from electronic registration systems such as automated entry services or via disposable emails or trashmails will not be accepted.

To participate in the competition, entrants must complete and submit the entry form displayed. Participants may only enter the competition during the period of participation. Any submissions received after this period will not be entered into the draw. Incorrect email addresses will also not be included.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Using multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning is strictly prohibited.

A selection of all statements will be published anonymously in the gallery. Publication in the gallery does not affect the chances of winning.

Winners will be drawn using a random generator and informed by email. There will be one prize draw on 2 April. The draw will be for 20 Pride Boxes. Winners must provide their correct postal address within one week after receiving notification of their win. Once the address has been provided, the winner’s pack will be sent by our partner Sugar & Sas.

The competition is limited exclusively to Australia and New Zealand.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash payments.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prize items.

Prizes are non-transferable.

Other provisions

a) pjur is not liable for any loss of data, in particular data lost during transmission, or for other technical defects.

b) pjur reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to incorrect details, manipulation or the use of unauthorised tools or methods.

c) The organiser’s decision is final.

d) If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of the competition.

e) pjur reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without providing separate notification.
